Courier: We use Courier Post to courier your goods. Delivery is Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number when your item has been sent. Delivery is usually overnight and there is no extra charge for rural delivery at the moment.

It is up to you to track down your package if it is lost, this can be done by calling 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743).
World wide shipping: Please e-mail me for postage quote. Shipping outside of New Zealand is usually so expensive it is cheaper to buy else where. Shipping to Australia is not so bad, e-mail for a price.
If we send you the wrong bulb we will send you the correct one and a track pack to send the wrong one back.
If you select the wrong bulb you can return it at your cost for a credit. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances.
All our products carry a one year replacement warranty. You will be required to send the faulty goods back to us at your cost and we will send you a replacement at our cost. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances.
