You can buying 2x led driving lights with 12 leds per light.

They are commonly installed behind grill, under engine bay, below bumper or even interior.

To install:
Drill a 6mm hole.
Bolt the light in to place with the included parts.
Adjust the bracket to the angle you want.
Wire them in to your existing park light cable.
