You are buying 2x led driving lights with 3x 1.5W leds per fitting.
These are about 5x brighter than the 12 led version.

They are commonly installed behind grill, under engine bay, below bumper or even interior. br>
To install:
Drill a 6mm hole.
Bolt the light in to place with the included parts.
Adjust the bracket to the angle you want.
Wire them in to your existing park light cable.
