Delivery
Courier: We use Courier Post Track and Trace to courier your goods. Courier pick-up is Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number when your item has been sent.
Warranty
All our products carry a one-year replacement warranty. You will be required to send the faulty goods back to us at your cost and we will send you a replacement at our cost. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances.
Returns
If you select the wrong bulb, you can return it at your cost for a credit. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances.
